Booking Information

You can book your tickets
• By phone on 0845 130 8840 from 10am – 5pm, Monday to Saturday
• In person at the Harrogate International Centre Box Office, from 10am – 5pm, Monday to Saturday
• By post to Harrogate International Centre, Kings Road, Harrogate HG1 5LA

Or at the Town Centre Box Office, 11am – 3pm Monday – Saturday from 3 July and Sundays during the Festival

Booking fees

Bookings are managed by the Harrogate International Centre Box Office on behalf of the Festival.

Please note Harrogate International Centre charges 10% booking fee on tickets bought by cheque and credit/debit card for a single event and on ALL online purchases.

The booking fee is reduced to 5% if tickets for more than one event are purchased in a single transaction by phone or in person.

Postal bookings
Please write to: Box Office, Harrogate International Centre, Kings Road, Harrogate, HG1 5LA enclosing details of your ticket requirements. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Harrogate Borough Council’ and should be for the full value of your tickets plus the appropriate booking fee.

Telephone bookings
Telephone booking opens on Friday 11th December to the general public. Bookings are taken from Monday – Saturday, 10am – 5pm on: 0845 130 8840

Bookings in person
The Box Office is open 10am – 5pm Monday -  Saturday and is located at the entrance to Harrogate International Centre: King’s Road, Harrogate, HG1 5LA. Parking is available for Box Office users. Payment can be made by cash, cheque (with accompanying bankers card) or a major credit/debit card (excluding American Express).

Visitors with Disabilities
Box Office staff can help with advice and information about all the venues we use. All venues have wheelchair access and we offer free tickets for accompanying carers.  For deaf or hearing impaired customers, the Box Office offers a TypeTalk service; call 0800 959598 and request extension 7226.

Reservations
Ticket reservations can be made by e-mail to box@harrogate-festival.org.uk. Reservations will be held for 7 days and must be paid for within 7 days of booking and at least 24 hours prior to the performance.

Tickets on the door
Will be sold at the venue 45 minutes prior to the performance, subject to availability.

Returned Tickets
The Box Office cannot refund money nor exchange tickets, except in the case of a cancelled performance. We are happy to re-sell returned tickets for sold out concerts. A 10% handling charge will deducted from your refund.

Latecomers: Out of courtesy to both performers and audiences, latecomers to performances will not be admitted until a suitable break, which may not be until the first interval.
