Some locals have experienced bizarre happenings – water spurting out of television sets and iPods, the Archers coming out of taps and flashes of newsreaders in the bathroom steam. A company is brought in to investigate. The team arrives and sets up. A large pipe emerges from the ground. Technicians are tinkering.  Water is dripping from the pipe and occasionally a jet of vapour escapes from between the joints.  A situation is being monitored. A V.I.P. visits. Spray begins to fly.
