Credit & Debit Cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards. For tickets to be posted, please enclose an SAE or 50p postage costs, otherwise your tickets will be held for you to collect at the first event booked. There is a £1 booking fee for all transactions.
Cheques
Please make all cheques payable to Harrogate Borough Council. Please do not enter a specific amount but write in your maximum amount as “a sum not exceeding x pounds”

Please note that Ticket Web charge a handling fee of 10% of the value of tickets purchased plus £1.50 postage fee if tickets are posted out.
There are selected tickets allocated to Ticketweb to sell. However if you are not happy with the choice of tickets available online please call the Ticket Hotline on 0845 1308840 where a wider choice of seats are offered.
Please note that if you are unable to purchase tickets online, unless otherwise stated, this does not mean that the concert is sold out.
Visitors with Disabilities
Box Office staff can help with advice and information about all the venues we use. All venues have wheelchair access and we offer free tickets for accompanying carers for events in the the Royal Hall. The venue is also fitted with induction loops. For deaf or hearing impaired customers, the Box Office offers a TypeTalk service; call 0800 959598 and request extension 7226.
Reservations
Must be paid for within 48 hours of booking and at least 24 hours prior to the performance.
Tickets on the door
Will be sold at the venue 45 minutes prior to the performance, subject to availability.
Returned Tickets
The Box Office cannot refund money nor exchange tickets, except in the case of a cancelled performance. We are happy to re-sell returned tickets for sold out concerts. A 10% handling charge will deducted from your refund.
Latecomers: Out of courtesy to both performers and audiences, latecomers to performances will not be admitted until a suitable break, which may not be until the first interval.
Souvenir Programme
The essential full colour guide with full details, biographies and programme notes of all Festival events is available at £4. Reserve your copy when you book your tickets at the Box Office and receive a programme voucher with your tickets to exchange for a Programme Book at the first event you attend or at the Town Centre Box Office from 12 July.
Parking
Please be advised, there is no parking at the Harrogate International Centre for audience members attending events at the Royal Hall. On-street and off-street parking is available in and around the Royal Hall area and in the Jubilee Multi-Storey Car Park behind Debenhams, which is a two minute walk from the Royal Hall and Harrogate Theatre.
Gift Vouchers
Why not treat a friend or a relative to an event at the Festival? Gift Vouchers are available from the Festival Box Office for all Festival promotions, priced at £20, £10 or £5.
